My postpartum meal delivery services are personalized based on your needs and desires, as well as your dietary restrictions and preferences. I have a wide variety of offerings, including soups and stews, casseroles, vegetables, grains, herbal teas, snacks and desserts, that can all be delivered as part of a meal package or selected from a menu.
I trained as a full spectrum doula with Tewa Women United in 2020 and have completed additional training with Birthing Advocacy Doula Trainings, Full Spectrum Doula Circle, and the Healthy Children Project Center for Breastfeeding. A cast of your pregnant form is a sweet keepsake for years to come, reminding you of the months you carried your baby within, close to your heart . After the plaster has been applied to your belly, I offer you an herbal foot soak so you can truly relax as the cast dries, and contemplate the miraculous ways your body has changed as you have grown your baby. Once the casting has completely dried, you can paint or decorate it as you wish.

Placenta Preparer / Postpartum Doula
Gaibi Vollbracht is a Full Spectrum Doula, Yoga Instructor, CLC, Birth Art Mentor, and Placenta Specialist. Gaibi considers it a great honor to prepare placentas for new parents, as the placenta is a sacred, and essential part of growing our babies. Some cultures consider the placenta to be the guardian of the baby, and a life-giving force. The placenta nourishes the baby in the womb and can nourish the postpartum parent as well. How amazing that we grow our own medicine. By ingesting the placenta, vital nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and proteins are restored to the postpartum body. It can help to stabilize hormones, lower the risk of postpartum depression, and support the milk supply. Gaibi encapsulates the dried placenta, making it easy to ingest, she creates colorful placenta prints and dried umbilical cord keepsakes. Gaibi would be happy to prepare this medicine for you.
